Project Description:

This is a major remodel and addition to an existing two story single family home and the creation of a new ADU which functions as a guest and pool house. Since original home had an outdated rustic esthetic and it was our goal to transform the original shell into something more current and appealing to the new owners. The outcome was a modern farm house with large open spaces that seamlessly transition from indoor to outdoor and take advantage of the beautiful backdrop view that this property offers.
